LONDON, ON

January 2, 2009:

Ben Whitney, President of Armo Tool Limited and Alan Parr, President of Sun Engineering, are pleased to announce that the two companies have agreed to join forces and to carry on their combined operations under the Armo Tool banner.

The agreement for Armo Tool to purchase Sun Engineering is effective as of January 1, 2009. Sun Engineering staff and facilities are relocating to the Armo Tool head office on Highway 2, near Delaware, Ontario.

According to Ben Whitney, Armo Tool is well positioned to build on the strong relationships that customers have established with Sun Engineering over the past 30 years. “Sun Engineering and Armo Tool have worked closely on many projects in the past,” he says. “A mutual commitment to outstanding customer service plus a complementary range of engineering expertise makes our companies an excellent fit for continued strength and innovation in the future. We look forward to providing Sun Engineering customers with the same work ethic and professionalism that they came to expect from Alan and his team.”

Alan Parr will also relocate to the Armo Tool offices to oversee a smooth transition of current projects and services for Sun Engineering customers.
